Processing & Delivery Times

Each order is made specifically for you. Orders typically begin production within 24 hours of purchase and take 3-7 business days to be processed before shipping.

After your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 5-14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Most orders arrive within 12-21 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with the most up-to-date delivery information. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package leaves our facility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at szns.team@gmail.com as soon as possible. Because production begins shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once your order has entered production.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages. If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
